About Us

Claudia Garcez is a Human Resource Professional with over 10 years experience of Human Resource expertise. Prior to incorporating HR Consulting Services by CG in 2006, she achieved international experience in the United States where Claudia got her education. Claudia holds a Master’s Degree in  Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Behavior. Both degrees were revalidated as Business Administration degrees by UFRJ, Brazilian Federal University. In addition, she had contributed to the HR team of an American Resort, American Red Cross and to a company that manages benefits for colleges and universities.

In Brazil, Claudia Garcez also worked for a company that provided contract maintenance personnel and services to a broad range of city halls. In addition, she had been invited to evaluate projects of HR College Course projects submitted by graduating students seeking market viability. Some of her teaching experience came from a volunteer work of a ninth grade English class where she developed textbooks and performance evaluation. She has been published in articles with topics that include behavior and employee satisfaction.
