Note: Each service request will pass through four steps:

1- Assessment of the competencies—commonly defined as knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors—needed to achieve organizational missions and goals, and measure the extent to which their employees possess these competencies

2- Design a plan to close the existing gap

3- Implementation of this plan including training and development programs to address any identified competency gaps

4- Evaluation of the intervention to analyze whether the new programs actually increase employees’ individual competencies and performance levels as well as the organization’s overall performance.
