My Mission is to evaluate Human Resources’ contribution to organizational effectiveness including the assessment, design, implementation and evaluation of activities with respect to strategic and organizational goals of small and medium sized companies in Brazil and abroad, but only if service can be performed in Rio de Janeiro and be sent to the destination requested.

My Goal is to provide direction and guidance during change in organizational processes, operations, planning, intervention, leadership training and culture that meets the expectations and needs of the organization, its employees, stakeholders, and customers.

My Philosophy is to focus purely on the requirements and goals of my clients, which it is based on a simple set of principles:

Honesty

I practice a relatively transparent business model, keeping my clientele fully informed of the entire situation and ensure that they comprehend all aspects of the association before I solidify any commitment. I strive for long-term relationships and clients who are willing to attain their objectives with my help.

Reliability
